Method used in the Inventory
Dears,
Im trying to understand the method used in the inventory of ServiceDesk, cause in some cases its works in others its not works.
Its use WMI, SNMP, Remote Registry, Smoke signal ?? rsrsrsrs
I have a customer that use the product and have problems, with winXP, some machines are not audited, some machines are audited, but some softwares arent apper in the inventory.
