Merging requests - search text
Hi Support,
When attempting to merge requests the system displays a pop-up dialog which asks the user to input a search string (Search for Request). If the user inputs a value with a trailing space, for example "12345 ", the system doesn't remove the trailing space and therefore doesn't find anything. This is particularly evident when users search via a request ID.
Would it be possible for the system to remove any trailing spaces unless a user specific requested it via the inclusion of quotations?
