mergeing request's
hi all,
i know there is an issue with merging reests and converstaions, but also i have found that you cant merge if any of the calls are on status other than open, also if i have an attachment on one of the requests it dosent merge it into the call, so i have to re add it, so can you please provide a fix for this issue, would it be possible for the merge request function work with any status and bring in the attachments as well adn the conversations too,
