Merged ticket lost a conversation from one of the originals
I merged 2 calls on a SPD V6 build 6014 MySQL database, but when you look at the conversations attached, an outgoing message from a technician on the first call (not the existing merged one) has vanished.
We have a copy of the email which was sent out from SDP and the corresponding reply from the requester received before the merge, but these have not merged into the new call.
Any ideas/suggestions gratefully received.
