Merge Duplicate Requesters
Is there such a feature? I searched the forums and found only years-old topics suggesting that the function isn't built into the system, but has this changed recently?
For example, we may have one staff member called Joe Bloggs. On the system he may be registered as "Joe Bloggs", then accidentally registered again as "Joe
Blogs".
Would be really useful to merge such examples, as cases end up split across the different duplicates and therefore difficult to search for.
