Measure what technician groups have helped resolve an incident

Hi,
 
Is there a SQL query or other way to find out how many (and what) different resolved groups (Group in SD+) that have been assigned to an incident.
 
I'm trying to measure if 1st and 2nd line groups have more than 80% of resolution rate of my tickets.
 
Any help is much appreciated.
