ME SDP v13 SSL Certificate installation Failure

Hello,

I have been following this manual https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk-msp/help/adminguide/introduction/install-ssl.html to the end. But after restarting as part of the procedure, the service fails to start up. What could be going wrong in my installation? i have tried both methods via UI and CMD in vain.

After installation, I changed to https mode while retaining port 8080 and start the cert installation process, or should I change the port as well to 443?

Kindly help-I'm frustrated
