Is there the possibility to install the MDM app and have some features available on DC (like Exchange setup) on a smartphone that is not from Samsung? maybe Huawei?

We saw that on the play store there are two app available: ManageEngine MDM and ManageEngine MDM for Samsung. The first one works on others android devices?
