Subject : MDM: IOS Updates crashes iPad's/iPhone's for multiple versions

Desktop Central Version - 10.0.582

We have iPads and iPhones on version ranging from IOS 12.x - 14.x that are managed via MDM that lock up (Crash/Brick) when the OTA (Over the Air) Apple update is applied. The iPads shows the Apple Logo with the progress bar and seems to be stuck there without moving any. Powering Off / Hard Reset / Charging has not changed anything.


We have applied Apple Configurator blueprints then update the device with OTA updates perfectly fine, the issue occurs after MDM is managing the device. 

Has anyone else experienced the issue? In total, we have had 40+ iPads over the last couple of months that had this issues.
