I am using MDM to deploy apps I have selected in ABM for our Apple devices. But the user is not able to choose their own apps from the Apple App Store and download themselves. The Get button is grayed out and the user is not able to select it.

There are some users and devices in our organization, that I would like the user to manage their own apps without the MDM and ABM admin. Would this be possible?
