MDM
We have run into a problem adding users and devices into the MDM. No matter who we try to add we always get
User Name already exists.
We connect to our domain, use search to find a user, allocate them to the approprate device and configs and then hit go. It always gives us the same answer "User Name already exists."
Help appreciated.
