Is this even possible to do with the MAtrix?

In order to help track the team’s metrics in tracker, we need a report(s) that will accurately capture our daily work load. Please see the data we need to capture per associate.

Morning Report

·       Starting Ticket Inventory: Total Requests assigned to associate minus any requests with ‘In Recruitment’, ‘Contract Sent’; ‘LOI Sent’ status at the beginning of the day (7 AM). Also include all ‘Not Assigned’ requests.

 

Evening Report

·       New Ticket Received: Requests assigned to associate on that day, regardless of when the request was received or who owned the request previously. Also include Not Assigned requests.*If possible, please include re-opened requests.

·       Process Closed Tickets: Requests closed by associate on that day, regardless of when the request was received. *If possible, please include re-opened requests that have once again been closed.

·       Ending Ticket Inventory: Total Requests assigned to associate minus any requests with ‘In Recruitment’, ‘Contract Sent’; ‘LOI Sent’ status at the end of the day (5 PM). Also include Not Assigned requests.

 

If you are not able to include re-opened requests in the report, please create separate report to track these requests. Additionally, we need a report to track merged requests and if you are able to identify which request it was merged into and the owner of the request, that would be very helpful.
