To start, the first season, which began in February 2022, highlighted how ServiceDesk Plus can empower organizations to implement ITIL® best practices in a hybrid work environment. The themes centered around modules like incident management, service request fulfillment, change enablement, asset management, and a round-up of the latest features.
Further, the stage was set for the second season with a different flavor in August 2022. It focused on the various capabilities of ServiceDesk Plus to enable better adoption by customers. Custom templates, no-code automation, visual workflows and life cycles, Microsoft integrations, and other new features were under the spotlight.
Overall, a total of 10 episodes were organized into 80 sessions to cater to a global audience spanning four different time zones. Interactive and engaging Q&A sessions furthered the objective of equipping IT teams with the knowledge to modernize their ITSM practices. Kudos to our enthusiastic audience—more than 1,000 questions were received and answered this year.
