In this episode, we will walk you through:
Raising tickets and browsing knowledge base articles through the Microsoft Teams integration.
Leveraging actionable messages within Outlook to minimize switching between applications.
Assigning technicians and picking up incoming tickets from the mailbox using the ServiceDesk Plus add-in in Outlook.
Syncing leave information between ServiceDesk Plus and Microsoft Calendar to track technician availability.
At the end of this session, you will be able to integrate your service desk into tools like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook and streamline communication with your IT workforce.
