Massive Issues with Importing

Hi.

I've just bought SD+ and I'm very happy with it so far. However, I'm experiencing major issues with the scan.

I run a domain scan for the first time, entering credentials of Domain Name, Username and Password only. The scan detects 1034 workstations and scans fine.

Once this is complete, I re-run the scan and get the following error:

FAILURE :Issue while starting domain discovery.

Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,155,891,338,460.

Not good.

I try and import requesters from AD and I am asked for a Domain Controller. We have 2, so I enter the Primary (We are running win2003) and I get a list of OU from the AD. The List is :

Builtin
ForighnSecurityPrinciples
DomainControllers
Computers
Users

So I select Users and now get the following error :

Requesters Import, Failed...
0% Completed... Imported 0 of 0 Requesters
Unknown username or wrong password given to enumerate the Workstations in the Domain

Now if i Re-try the workstation scan, I get a list of OU, and I select Computers only to get:

Scan Completed

Scanned Workstations : 0/ 0

Total workstation in Domain - XXX : 0
� Successful Scan : 0
� Failed Scan : 0

I placed an email support request on Tuesday, but i've not had a decent response, only to try and connect to a machine in the domain with my account (I have Admin access) so this is successful.

I really need help with this,
