MASS CHANGE STATUS ACTION
Hello there!!!
i was testing the demo module, and i have found this tool SIMPLELY AMAZING!!!, i can organize my life and the staff too.
I was thinking if there is an option it will allow me to change multiple tickets status at once.
My request is based that i have placed multiple tickets that i need to mass change its status from one to another.
Any module it can help or option i can use in ServiceDesk?
I really will much appreciate it
