Many errors seen by users, and me when doing a print preview

I have been receiving reports that when IE is called from an application (that is used to have users submit a ticket for help) and the cache & history have been cleared, that the opening screen generates an error (Shown immediately below).

1) Clicking Personalize � pops up another window with the ServiceDesk login page
2) Clicking icons, headers (to sort) causes error
3) Using query to filter records causes same error as 2)
4) Clicking Attach a File causes same error
5) Clicking on name link pops up ServiceDesk login page rather than requestor details window (same with Add Note, Print Preview)

2) and 3) error (back browser button not used obviously)

Error occurred when entering an ID (valid ID) number in the ID field when querying one's own requests.

I was unable to duplicate the error when I did the same on my machine, however, when I wanted a print preview of the request, I got the attached screen shot. Hitting OK clears that window and shows me the correct page. I advised the user to allow cookies to be set for the site, and I'll follow up tomorrow on this. Any other suggestioins? (my error with the print preview really happens even when I have cookies allowed, so this may be a legitimate bug)

Also as a side note, I also get this text on the bottom of the IE windows that says:
"handle Response called.http://tasc/framework/html/blank.html" (exactly as shown without the quotes, and tasc is our server) when looking at the requests (as a requester)
