The issue is that we will get 8 to 12 alerts at once for the same server advising that the threshold is breached and when the error clears, we will receive the same amount of messages advising that the issue has been cleared.

In the alerts, it will show the top processes using CPU and this is different each time which indicates that it is sending a message each time a change happens but I cannot see where to change this so only one message is received when the threshold is breached.
