[SDF-81212] Manualy turn off red icon on reply requests

Hi,
Long time servicedesk user here, question about the red icon on repy in the request list.

When a user sends a reply to request the envelope mail icon on the request list will turn red and if you are assigned to the request a notification up in the right corner of the screen.

This is great, very useful !
Now I can quickly see which requests needs my attention.

But the problem is, quite often the user replying a out of office reply or something unimportant, like the user saying for example 'oke thank you' 

My request is to add a option to quicly mark such reply's as unimportant so that the red icon in the request will turn green and also removed from the notifiation list.

My current workaround is to send a repy to a fake email addres so i have responded and the red icon wil turn green

but this is not verry productive and i see other techs just ignoring the red mail icons competely because of this reason.
