Manually install agent gives me "The advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe"

Hi,

We install the agent with WDS which calls a bat-file to install the DesktopCentralAgent.
Here is us bat-file:
start /wait msiexec /i DesktopCentralAgent.msi TRANSFORMS="DesktopCentralAgent.mst" ENABLESILENT=yes REBOOT=ReallySuppress /lv Agentinstalllog.txt /qn

Even when I remove the "/qn" I've got a "this advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe. Contact your administrator to chance the installation user interface option of the package to basic."

The package is the one I've downloaded our Manage Engine Desltop Central 9 (console). Where I went to Admin > Scope of Management > download Agent.

Is there somewhere a checkbox I have to check so the msi changes the installation user interface?

(PS: I've also tried to use /qb instead of /qn in the commando).
