manually add New contract into maintenancecontract table
Hi all
I've been trying to add contracts manually by playing around with the maintenancecontract table. This work perfectly and contracts added would be reflected in the actual system too.
But however whenever i try to "add new contract" via servicedesk after the manual add, it will always report an error saying "contract already exists" when the contract don't exists at all!
anyway to solve this problem?
