We upgraded to sp 6.10 the other day & since then the CPU on our management server climbs to 99% until we restart the service.  Task manager shows java to be the issue.  At that level the App Manager site is  inaccessible and the reports don't run.

 

I ran repairdb and optimizedb.  

 

We're on Windows 2003 sp2.   The managed servers don't seem to be having a problem.
