Under the Admin tab / Service Catalog, there is a useful option at the top to "Manage". This option is very useful for managing things like Service Level Agreements and Additional Fields which can be applied to a single service category or across Service Categories.
For example, when creating Additional Fields, it is easy to select the Service Category to which the Additional fields will apply. The additional field can be applied to a single service category or it can be set as a Common Field shared by all Service Categories. All of this is done in 1 simple to use place.
A very important function that is missing is the ability to manage Services. Currently, we have to go to each Service category in order to manage services. Having this ability under the Manage option in the Service Catalog, would make it a lot easier. Managing service would include the ability to move a service from 1 Service Category to another. Currently the only way to do this is to re-build the service in its new service category or make a copy of the desired service in its new service category, then delete the original and rename the copy. This can be a lot of work which can lead to mistakes.
Having the ability to Manage Services in the Manage option of the Service Catalog would greatly enhance the usefulness of the Service Catlog.
