Within our organization, we currently use a form to submit new project requests. This form captures information such as the project objectives, background information, added value for the organization, the proposed project manager and much more.

The request must also go through an approval process involving multiple people before it can be approved.

We would like to move this process to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.

Has anyone implemented a similar solution? If so, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share a Flow template, an example configuration, or a diagram illustrating how you approached this.

Ideally, if it is possible, we would also like to explore the option of automatically creating a project in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud once all the required stakeholders have approved the request. This is just an idea and certainly not a requirement.

Any tips, suggestions, or experiences on how best to implement this would be very welcome!
