Running Build 9005

Now that we have hundreds of monitors with  thresholds and alarm actions. It has become hard to manage in regards to when someone in the group adds a new monitor and forgets to add the appropriate thresholds and actions.

What would you recommend?

Is there a report available for all thresholds and actions?

Can we create a rule that triggers an alarm if a monitor is not setup correctly?
