Manager View

Manager View

I've been told it is possible to do, however I cannot find where to set it up or enable it, whereby the Manager can view all their teams' open tickets.

I have set my test account in Active Directory to be managed by me, and when I log in, I can't see the tickets my test account has raised. Can someone point me in the right direction please.
