Manager Notifications - Service Desk Plus

Hi, this might be a stupid question but does anyone know if it is possible to configure a notification to be sent to department/site managers on creation of a new ticket?  We have several managers who are very "hands-on" and like to keep tabs on tickets when they are raised.

I can see how we can notify technicians using business rules, but no way to do this for requestors...
