Greetings for the day. We released SupportCenter Plus - version 14.9 - Build - 14930.

Enhancements :

SCP-7391 : You can now configure field and form rules to show and remove field information in a form.

SCP-7396 : In Postman, the input_data parameter is a part of form-data API request body type.

SCP-7397 : To perform API actions by using third-party tools, you must now specify the portal ID of the instance in the request header.

SCP-7399 : From now on, when the application is live or down, attachments can be backed up via script using the command
                     backupData.bat /sh --attachment.

SCP-7400 : When the application is running, a full backup can be performed via script using the command backupData.bat/sh --online. Replace online with                         onlinetrimmed to back up data only.

Please follow our Announcements on major EOL topic , API changes, feature releases periodically. Please sign up and follow our community to get periodic updates.

Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you will have to move to the latest version of SupportCenter Plus.

Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of SupportCenter Plus.

Unpublished V3 API support is not available.

Free users are not eligible for the upgrades and related support.

Regularly updating your software is a good practice, and we advise doing so at least twice a year to take advantage of the latest features and enhancements that can significantly benefit your business.
