I've been playing around with this software for a few days now and am trying to figure out whether or not an admin can create different category details for different requests under the same template.

 

For example: Under "Request Details" in contact view; I have under the Product drop bar:

 

                                                                                                      -Troubleshooting

                                                                                                             -Hardware Issue

                                                                                                             -Software Issue

                                                                                                      - Sales

                                                                                                            -Quotes

                                                                                                       -Training

                                                                                                             -Dates

                                                                                                             -Register

                                                                                                              -Information

                                                                                                                        etc....

 

 

However, I want the "category details" list to repopulate and have different categorys when I select things such as "training dates" and "quotes"

 

It would be nice to see category's completely different from "Quotes" to "Training Dates"

 

Is this making sense? We'd like to untegrate this software here at my company and use for customer support, sales, and training. I just wanted to know if this was possible without creating several templates.
