We are in the process of PEN testing our systems, one of the reoccurring "issues" is "ManageEngine ServiceDesk Admin Panel Exposed To The Internet"
This being the case, I am curious if there is a way to block the admin panel unless inside a set of IP addresses or something. I still need access to helpdesk in the public realm but I would love to restrict the admin panel if possible to make our PEN testing more complete.
