ManageEngine RoadMap Login issue

ManageEngine RoadMap Login issue

The ManageEngine RoadMap "Forgotten password" function does not email a confirmation code, or any message, upon executing that process. I am unable to log in as I do not recall what my password is, or fat fingered it when I registered.

I have verified it is not being blocked by my company's perimeter spam firewall. Nothing is being sent, at all.

Please advise.
