ManageEngine Plus Servicedesk Outbound emails issue

Dear Geeks,

I am facing an issue with respect to auto reply of ManageEngine Service Desk. internal emails (from same domain) are working fine and replies are being received where as external emails are not receiving auto replies
I had verified that there is no such limitation or configuration installed on exchange end.


Any help regarding thiswould be highly appreciated.
