ManageEngine getting slow....

ManageEngine getting slow....

Since upgrading from 7018 to 7506 about a month ago we have noticed ManageEngine getting slower and less responsive.

We're using MySQL as the database engine and have around 12 technicians and approaching 8500 calls.

Currently when a user clicks on a call in the request tab it takes around 8 seconds to load.

I've seen a couple of comments about tuning the database, are there any instructions on how/what to do this?
