ManageEngine Desktop Central Upgrade

We upgraded our DC to 10.0.685 yesterday and this time, we've had an issue whereby 46 of our total fleet of devices failed to update to the latest version of the Desktop Central agent.

This has not happened in our previous updates so I am curious if anyone else has experienced this issue with 10.0.685 update?

I understand the fix is to now manually install the agent to each users machine again but this is a time consuming task.
