ManageEngine Desktop Agent ver 9 and Windows XP
Hi,
We have a couple of users on Windows XP due to program compatibility issue with Win7. We have installed the agent on Windows XP and so far, we are not able to push any new software installations or updates to them.
Is there a compatibility issue of Agent 9 and WinXP?
Is there a workaround for this matter?
