Does anyone know why SnagIT version 10 does not show up on the product list when I try to add the license information for this software to Desktop Central?  When I go into the software inventory, I can find the installed software without issue, so why is it not listed on the product list?  All the other versions of SnagIT we have installed are listed.  I added an attachment so you can see what I see when trying to add it to the licenses.
