Manage Engine Support getting worse?
We own about 7 different Manage Engine products. We are mostly happy with them, but has anyone else noticed support getting worse recently? I've opened numerous tickets for different products over the past few months, and many of them just disappear into the void never to be heard from again. I can't even keep track of all the different ticket numbers because I've had to open so many different tickets just to check up on previous tickets that I've never heard back on and cannot get anyone from ME to reply to. I'm currently waiting for some kind of reply from Endpoint Central support after submitting logs a couple of days ago, but I haven't even received an email acknowledging that a case has been opened. I've only received confirmation that logs were submitted..
It's very concerning.
**EDIT** After speaking with support, I did notice that many emails from the "manageengine.com" domain were being sent to my junk folder automatically. This never used to happen, so I'm not sure what changed with our filter, but this is most likely the cause of the support delay. Our issues have been resolved.
