Manage Engine Service Desk Plus Upgradation

I have Manage Engine Service Desk plus 7.6 build 7611 installed in my Organization and i want to upgrade it on 8.0 build 8011. i want to know that is that possible..?
If Yes then please let me know how can i do in-place upgrade of my manage engine.
