I recently reinstalled Manage Engine onto a server because it wouldn't start up after I enabled https mode on the previous installation. I reinstalled the same version that we had before as determined by the buildinfo.xml file, I found the installation files here: https://archives.manageengine.com/service-desk/14104/. I am now unable to restore our latest backup, the process runs and asks for a password, but then never finishes restoring.

I noticed the control panel said we had an older version of Manage Engine while the buildinfo.xml file said we had version 14 installed before the reinstallation. The reinstalled version matches up to version 14. A screenshot of the backups I am trying to restore to is included here. Any ideas on what could be the issue? Any assistance is appreciated.
