I am in need to extract these reports.  Although I have been using some good reporting format which already have been configured but these three, I am struggling with!

to calculate the SLA met is to be based on

  1. Tickets opened in the month or
      b. Tickets closed in the month.
      c. also add in an average score i.e. out of the 6k or 7k (excluding severity 1) are these resolved on time?

 I do have the resolution time, closing time etc.
SLA for P2 is 1 day (9 hours 30 mins) only office hours
SLA for P3 is 15 days (142 hours 30mins)
SLA for P4 is 30 days (285 hours)
