manage engine oputils can't detect snmp service

right now i'm using the trail version of this software. i've installed it in a computer in a domain. i installed the snmp services on the other computers in this domain. but the problem is that the software can't see any snmp service running on any machine on the domain except my computer. are there any solution to this.
