I am currently using a trial version of MSP 11.5.2616.03 and am experiencing connectivity issues on Windows 10 machines.
The agents consistently go offline after 10-15 minutes, remain offline for approximately 90 minutes, and then briefly reconnect for 10 minutes before dropping again. The Agent Troubleshooting Tool indicates that connections to RDS and other components are successful, yet the error persists.
Interestingly, the same agent works without issue when installed on the latest build of Windows 11. Could you please help me understand why this is happening on Windows 10 and how to resolve it?
