Manadatory field on 7502
I installed the last update (7502) last week but I have a problem.
How to define that the priority field is mandatory? Indeed, I found a place where I can specify that this field must be mandatory if you want to close the request but I want that this field was filled by the requester? (like old version)
Let me know what is the best way...
