Make Survey Reports visible to all Technicians

It would be nice if we could show the Survey Reports window to all Technicians or at least the team leads without having to grant full admin access. I can't see any way to access this window without also having SDAdmin role. Maybe an additional default role that controls this section.
The 'Survey Reports' under the 'Reports' tab is a poor substitute for the one found via Admin and it's much easier to see and process the results via the menu indicated above.
