Currently software reports are less than useful because they generate large amounts of duplicate information, such as listing the publisher for a piece of software which has 500 entries. At the same time, useful unique information such as which workstation is this software on and who owns the asset, are not available.

 

I propose that information which allows the identification of location and owner be made available to software reports.
