Quite new to SD+ and had a question

We completely rely on LDAP authentication and would like the have LDAP as the default on the login screen. It'd be even better if I could get rid of the drop down menu next to 'log on to'

I perused the docs and forums but didn't see anything that could help. Anyone experience with this?
