We are still having major issues with all Browsers, particularly, Firefox and Chrome. Many users and technicians are reporting that their password needs to be reset which isn't the case.
What happens is when someone mistypes their password, they get the usual "The username or password are incorrect" message. However when then typed correctly, it STILL does NOT recognize it. The only way to fix it is to close out ALL browsers and then reopen a fresh one and try to login again.
