for a while now almost every machine on my network have been getting blue screens of death every monday at 1:30pm. I have just realised (after many many man hours of investigation) that this is caused by the helpdesk. I had set the audit settings to run a weekly scan on mondays at 1:30pm.
I have only found out as I have just manually prompted a scan of my network and all the PC's crashed! I have disabled the scans (obviously!) but wondered if anyone else was having similar problems? I would like if someone from help desk would contact me about this issue as a lot of work and hours have been lost due to this matter.
