We have an On-Prem ServiceDesk set up.
After performing an upgrade, and after starting the SD Service, we want to prevent the Users from logging in and submitting tickets, until we can check the system and confirm the upgrade is successful.
So, in case of any issues, we have the opportunity to rollback the upgrade without data loss.
For this, we're looking for a maintenance page/Banner, stating that a upgrade is in progress and users cannot login. We should also be able to customize the maintenance page/Banner message.
The Admin section should have an option to disable the user logins.
Currently i don't see that being implemented in the release note per upgrade.
Can this be added into the RoadMap ?
