Recently within the last week we started getting this error in Service Desk Plus:

We are on version 14.6 Build 14600

We are using EWS with OAuth and this has been working fine for over year until a few days ago. Our Azure App Registration Client is showing that it has notsecret has not expired but I went ahead and created a new client secret anyway but I still get the error message shown above.

On Microsoft Entra sign-in logs I see this error:


Failure reason Device object was not found in the tenant '{tenantName}' directory.

Additional Details
Invalid grant due to the following reasons: - Requested SAML 2.0 assertion has invalid Subject Confirmation Method - Application On-Behalf-Of flow is not supported on V2 - Primary refresh token is not signed with session key - Invalid external refresh token - The access grant was obtained for a different tenant
